and now co-founders of Hip Hop Weekly and soon to
be released MONSTA Magazine's Dave Mays and the
always blunt Benzino to find out what they thought
about the recent firing of XXL Magazine's EIC
Elliot Wilson...Here's what they had to say:

was beautiful...He (Elliot Wilson) doesn't represent Hip Hop or
the culture anyway. XXL and all the editors over there are just
a copy cat of The Source and now them, Source and Vibe are
feeling the fucking pinch....Now Yellow Nigga can go get a job
sucking fucking Jimmy Iovine since that's what he was
doing anyway...G Unit is over and so is Elliot. If I see

Instead of being "The Source" of hip hop news, it was "The Source" of funding for Benzinos many failed attempts at being an artist.

Benzino and Dave Mays are dumb as hell. Talking now that something happened to Elliot Wilson? Where were you for over a year since you got booted from The Source? The "Sauce" as I call it, was wack for years...and many hip hop fans from my generation (born in 1983 and from Brooklyn NY) feel the same way. Face it, you ran your magazine into the ground and XXL took over. Talking about GUNIT? Eminem, 50 and company destroyed you... GET OVER IT! And now a new mag from you two coming out?
